Tia, you and Shane are amazing! this is what Crossfit has been missing. So many Pro's leave the Crossfit affiliate they started in and go off to train alone or in a gym that is not an affiliate Crossfit box. For an everyday Crossfitter ,to be a member of an affiliate box that a pro is a member of, shows all Crossfitters, that the pro's aren't too good for the community but part of building the community stronger.
