Her real name is Kashima Reiko but she is infamously known as Teke Teke. This video will showcase all the endings of what happens if you offer the legs and if you don't offer the legs.
This horror game is a first-person horror adventure game based on a Japanese myth about teke teke, a woman who jumped onto the train tracks to suicide and lost her legs.

I just found out there’s another ending where if you give the cat on the tracks a can of tuna that u find, it will save u from her and you can escape!!
