Yes , but you forgot that both is Bandai's games , sure , Naruto Storm is a share IP with CyberConnect , yet it's easier than actually using a character for an entirely different company. The best examples should be Spawn , Link , Ezio , Yoda , Darth Vader and Starkiller. All of them were guest characters in SC , all of them were not Bandai's.

Let me be the one to counter all this: 1.) I don't see how using more than one weapon makes him a bad fit for SC. I mean...a weapon is a weapon. Its a weapon based game. 2.) Erm...Devil Jin can fly but people still knock him over rails in Tekken. Its a game mechanic not real life logic 3.) So...in Soul Caliber 4 there were some Star Wars guest stars. Big time gap between medieval and futuristic, right? I don't think looks is a problem there Not saying he's a bad fit for Tekken. Just saying he'd be better for SC

Your argument doesn't convince me. I still believe that Bamco has thought of everything before adding him in Tekken. If it was Geralt that was announced for Tekken instead, nobody would find that fitting at all - but Noct is such a complex character in terms of ability, that he doesn't feel like an unnatural inclusion to me and some other people. 1) I was thinking about the overall fighting style of Noct. He is a guy who zooms around all over the place, constantly changing his fighting style and weapon of choice. I just can't see how you can have a character with multiple weapons feel balanced and well incorporated in SC. 2) I was talking about out of bounds in SC. You do know that you can lose a round, if your character gets knocked off the stage, right? 3) I am aware of this, and i feel like my last point maybe isn't so good after all. Learning more about Soul Calibur 6 has made me realize that a lot of the characters present in the roster, are from different time zones (something about a portal that has transported them all to the same place in time?). So yeah, that argument doesn't exclude Noctis from being in the game, I just would have found it very hard to believe and he would stick out from the rest of the cast like a sore thumb. I'm just very hyped that he is coming to Tekken, and i just find it annoying that most people complain about it. Especially since i can't get behind the notion of him coming anywhere near the roster of Soul Calibur.

It's Noctis Apocalypsis , Noct's theme in FFXV. Sure , it's a remix using guitars , while in FF was an orchestra.

It's because he warps. I mean , his weapons have different speeds and DMG (I cannot say lengh as spears is generally used for a "up attack" and greatsword for a "down attack" so making little difference) , but doesn't matter how much they try to balance him , it's a character that warp and attack at the same time making a hell of a zooning character. Only Dissidia can put him in balance with the others , thanks for their convulated rules , with a bunch of projectiles that almost everyone have , except Noct.
