Fuck, I finally realized the two breathing sounds that you were talking about, across the years I've been returning to this song to figure it out and notice it but failed many many times. Maybe the reason that I couldn't notice it is because you described it as breathing. If you describe it like coughing it would have been easier for me to notice it but oh well.
