It's amazing to me that Combo Breaker broke over 70k viewers, combining streaming services and in-person viewers. Absolutely blows my mind that this game has become so entertaining for so many people. An amazing sign for the future of Tekken, and a glimpse into the kind of crowds fighting games can amass. Yes I've recently been sucked into Tekken bc I was given a ps4 and started playing tekken 7. I upgraded to a Xbox series x and was hesitant about tekken 8 from the reviews but its fun as heck!!! I'm on like everyday and I love how technical it is!

The matches in this tournament were so exciting to watch. I feel like the devs accomplished their goal, high level Tekken has never been so hype (IMO). Looking forward to seeing how the game grows, as they continue refining it over time and pros continue adjusting.

I like that type of coverage. I get it that you needed a bit of a stretch on your uploads back when you've been covering that small american local event but it went on for far too long. Damn Knee got demolished. It’s weird there’s so much aggressive, plus frame esc., power crush gameplay that makes you have to be unga bunga rather than playing at a mid-range. Which Bryan feels like he needs those counter hits and reads so this is an interesting shift of gameplay.

So if you make top 8 you are not 8th your actually tied for 7th the lower you go the more people you are tied with like 9th is like 4 people etc

In fighting game brackets, people with the same win/loss record get the same placements. Really the only distinguished placements are top 4, and everything below that you'll be sharing placements with other people.

Man, all Bryan needs is a reason to duck against him. Hatchet just isn’t scary enough, and it’s easy to call out. I don’t play Bryan, and I respect his identity, but I think giving him another throw (1 or 2 break), or another decent low, he’d be in great shape.
