Tekking, I think Mr. 3 is the "Loan Shark" because he encases people's feet in wax that is a hard as concrete. It's a stereotype of the Mafia, who in films were encasing people's feet in concrete. Just a thought.

It makes sense if Crocodile didn't want people to know if he was a trans man, dysphoria can be very intense, and the fear of mockery and rejection can hurt.

My thoughts on why Croc was offered the Warlord position are sort of the same as Mihawk, I believe Croc fought Whitebeard and although being deafeted he survived to tell the tale thus the Government decided he would be a good candidate for the Warlords since they were supposed to Rival the Yanko, the same for Mihawk who would fight Shanks in his younger years and hell even Moria could have been offered the position because he survived against Kaidou.

If Mr 3 is from the West Blue maybe he's called Loan Shark because he was associated with one of the crime families, maybe it was Capone's and they'll join up.
