I love using the reflex ball to work on hand eye coordination, timing, and focus. Unlike many other bags at the gym, this ball really forces you to get your timing down otherwise it will bounce all over the place. Can be seen by many pros like Lomachenko using a similar device!

I just bought this because it looked like something fun to take a break from sitting in front of the computer (while working form home) with. Your beginner tutorial is by far the best I watched (out of ~5). The tip on where to set the length of the ball was great.

I just bought a set of them but notice my set is different and the company is different from yours.... is it possible I wonder to get a smaller ball, or generic version that doesn't work properly? Because myself and my son are struggling really hard to get the hang of it.

At first i could only get to 3-4 in one go but after 2 weeks of practice i can comfortably hit over 100 in a row. My stop score is 184 rn, trynna get to 300 and then move on to the red ball. This training is a lot of fun tbh

I made one. They are sick. I've been skateboarding for forever and I've developed good reflexes from that so it was actually sort of easy starting out. My string is short too.

your totally right not to much for technique at all more for hand eye coordination so don't go for power cuz you ll break it just go for duration, moving around with it and head movement really great tool

Its hard to use at first but using it for like a day its really fun to use. I like how its not just training but it also fun to do.

With use of boxing resistance bands it is better training. I also have forearm weights to make it harder for myself.

Was looking to buy one but I made something very similar with a stringed ball you get from the dollar tree from the toys section and wrapping it around the snap part of a hat

i made one with a hat and a dodgy cord attached to a tennis ball. i'm going to buy one for a better cord and also hitting that tennis ball bare knuckled starts to hurt really quick.

I got mine for $11 dollars in ebay.it had 3 different balls but the packaging was kinda trash, its the same thing it just says eyewalk in it.
