I assume urban growth with emphasis on IT being taken positively and embraced by rural youth is a misconception. This probably blindsided the phenomenal growth we have seen in Telangana. And if you see the demography, the combination of "20-year-old kids and moms" form the major group for the first time since independence, and over 60% are rural. These youth, in turn, are not at all prepared for urban jobs (leaving delivery apps) and are in no shape to compete with urban-educated youth. They and their moms seem upset with the polity!

Wake up bro. Telangana has a revenue generating engine in Hyderabad and it continues to generate even if people in government are not sober. However, when they borrow more than necessary to spend on revenue generating activities, the pressures are felt by people. The development you are talking about has been happening since 1995/6. It's not a new phenomenon or one that your beloved kcr invented. They were over ambitious and wasted a lot of people resources and failed to provide basic things like jobs to youth. They played voter politics. And they still do that. Where is kcrs pink bus now, why is he not meeting people and farmers. Because there are no elections.

Talking of communalism, these guys were hellbent on carving an identity for Telangana as distinct from Andhra. They promoted festivals like Bonalu, Bathukamma, Medaram jathara etc. for that reason. What ended up happening is that BJP appropriated that space and successfully implemented it's Hindutva agenda, especially in MH border and greater Hyderabad regions.

No, BJP didn't appropriate that place at least in the assembly election. BJP won only one MLA seat in the Greater Hyderabad region, 4 in the combined Adilabad district, and 3 in the combined Nizamabad district. Congress won more seats in these two districts. Communalism and celebrating festivals like Bonalu and Bathukamma are different. We will wait and see what happens in the Parliament elections, till that point, it is a speculation that BJP gained at the expense of BRS!

@@suneelkumarrajavaram1534 Sir, it may not seem so in terms of seat numbers, but vote share and sentiment wise, BJP has already entered firmly in the Telangana politics. I am a Maharashtrian living in Hyderabad for the past 20+ years. I speak Telugu, but I'm not biased towards either Telangana or Andhra. I'm no political analyst, but I speak from experience. In my childhood, festivals like Sankranthi, Varalakshmi vratham (of southern origin) were celebrated with fervour. They are the same now. Bonalu and Bathukamma(Telangana specific) were celebrated, but on a smaller magnitude. They became huge under KCR's rule. North Indian festivals like Holi were almost absent from the cultural space. Now, not just Holi, but also Ram navami, Hanuman jayanti and Shivaji jayanti (to my consternation as a Marathi) have become a regular affair. For normal people, it's just an occasion to celebrate each other's culture, but BJP uses it to increase its visibility and influence in masses. I agree that Bonalu and other local festivals have always been part of Telangana culture and haven't had any communal colour to them, but it's an undeniable fact that what was first a sentiment of local cultural assertiveness is now slowly turning into Hindu assertiveness. Modi himself used Medaram jathara this year as a launch platform for BJP's campaign. Culture and religion are intricately linked. What I have seen in the last few years in Hyderabad (and Telangana) is an uncontrolled religio-cultural experiment, whose outcome is anybody's guess. I'd be happy to be proven wrong and see the local BJP cadre contest on real issues instead of Hindutva in coming years. But my hopes are not high.

Mr.KCRao never gave his appointments to ministers mp and MLA's to meet him 365*24/7 he stays in his farmhouse ......(Last ten years Hyderabad to his farmhouse journey expenses only more then 1000s of crores just imagine).... When anything happens to Telangana state residents or natives he never visited them and no consoling but anything happen to SeemAndhra citizen within fraction of seconds entire administration and cabinet minister around them to take care of them Indian citizens are accepted political corruption long back only but this party leaders behaving like a thugs they distracted entire Telangana economy and sources and lands like Bhakasura..... If any one of Telangana citizens want to meet him or his క చ రా father they dnt have minimum to listen... Especially unemployment Graduates who preparing for govt jobs....aginst them this entire family had a grudge one day in assembly this క చ రా stated that we are not fill the govt jobs, it's our wish if we want whenever if we want will fill but not interest of govt job seekers direct statement given assembly house before 6months of elections they issued notifications but single exxam not conducted properly most of papers are leaked and especially this ahankari sold the jobs to their near and dears.... Few weeks before election one of govt job asiprent attempt suicide and gave up her life on that incident this gudda Balupu Dramarao ( he don't like to pronounce RAM ji name) in the live tv debate stated with vengeance arrogance and ahankar she not applied govt job and reason for her suicide love affair..... Such a ediot he is .... Within few weeks elections are there either he sould condemn or try to console and calm the situation but this idiot arrogantly critisizes her and try assassin her character..... Result lost the elections with 2.0% votes ..... Now his క చ రా father and son on the road and begging for votes ...... Without any change of behaviour same ahankaar arrogance idiotic behaviour.... This MP election their score big "0" a party ruled over 9 years and fight for Telangana statehood movement failed to gain faith of natives. 2014 June 2 a day which gave power to thugs who extorted Telangana state wealth resources and lands 2024 June 4 a day wich end day of thugs family political power......
