Its okay not to be ok Tam. Thanks for sharing. I too am having one of those days today. So I sheded a few tears, did a pity party, then went on a prayer line, read the bible, started counting my blessings, came to chill with you guys and now just giving thanks with you guys. Tammi I understand yhose feelings my dear and the worst thing about if someone should ask you about it you cannot tell what cause you to be in this mood.✋✋I too struggling with the feeing of want to be by myself somewhere that no one knows me.I was wondering if its a mental (if I'm getting crazy )but Tammi when I hear you say the same thing .

It is an absolute pleasure getting to know little miss Ivy. She is developing such an engaging character. She fits right in with her big brothers who themselves are growing so admirably. These vlogs never disappoint. Who can say they are truly happy 24/7, 365 days ? If you are trying to live in this world without acknowledging all that you have to go through to do that, you're living a lie. Some days will be euphoric others bareable and some will be horribly reflective of the enormity of it all, that's life. We forebare.

I am having a similar encounter right now. I have been feeling very exhausted over the weekend, I rested but mentally I am still go through all the feelings. I have limited my social interactions but ideally I just need the time to myself to reset.

Yes I can relate I don't know why it happens but it does and at that time I just need to be alone sometimes it's not possible for the alone time because I have to interact at work with staff so I have to try and control it I pray at that time,but it too shall past.i always say if you're a mother,wife or whatever roll you have to take on it's not easy at times,our work is never done, so Tami you'll get through it

I am a mother of 2 adult children and I always tell people, that THE most challenging part of being a parent, (especially a single parent like I was) is showing up, even when you’re not feeling your best! There’s a flipside to this though, whenever I was feeling down my 2y.o at the time would instantly try to distract me by saying things like “mommy, can I get juice, please?” or “ Mommy, can you read me this book please?” or “Mommy can we go play outside?”😊Those little unarticulated schemes orchestrated by young and tender headed little people were what kept me together until this day! To God be the Glory 🙌🏾🙏🏾❤️

I feel like that’s sometimes ‘iam 39 years old. I am wondering if iam going through hearts flash meaning I feel down sad. I don’t wants to see no one’s at times when iam feeling that’s way. But mostly I pray. Maybe it menopause. It brings heart flash. Let you feel sad and down. Someone nextdoor me. Tell me exactly that happened to her as well she’s is 40. I dealt with it by finding quiet places and let the tears flow . 😢 You deal with it so much better than me . Kudos to u ! It eventually goes away . Wayne you’re the best . Tami this is the second time i wish i could just pick up the phone to express more of what i would have wanted to say to u. I always hear u mention in lives sometimes,that everything isn't picture perfect in your household at times and that is understandable. I have my moments as well and many other followers who view this page, can say the same. I find prayer really works for me. Pray before you start your day and in the moment when the feeling hits you prayer as well. Continue to take little drives sometimes by yourself or visit your Dad or sister. A different environment with the ones you love will go a long way. Take it easy dear❤❤❤
