I’ve been on Temu since November. And you are the first person that told how to get price adjustments. Thank you for that! Love the diffusers. I got 2 use them all the time. I’ve love camping I used to take my kids over 30 years ago. But we did the tents. Then got a 28 foot pace arrow. And I was in love. Took my grandkids every weekend. Then I had to get rid of it because had no where to store it. I’m sad because I now wish I could bring baby grandkids.

That keeping your returns stop. Then the returns aren't so friendly. AND, only some are free returns. Just saying buyer beware. BTW a pill container that I paid $6.00 for I found at DT for $1.25. I love watching hauls of anything and everything, but I'm completely done with Temu after ordering 35 times. I fully believe once they think you are hooked, you no longer get the same level of customer service. In fact, you get no customer service. No haters, just speaking from my experience after spending hundreds of dollars. I finally realized I was just buying to be buying. I cannot tell you the stuff that arrived broke, micro mini size, or went straight in the garbage. The shoes are a joke. There is absolutely zero support in them. BTW Temu wants returns in boxes, but they don't safeguard most of our purchases with a box. Sorry for the rant. Like I said, I'm hooked on watching certain influencers, but if they are being supplemented by Temu, what are they going to say?? Everything will be awesome. 😢

The Temu warehouse is located in the US so the customs excuse shouldn't apply as they can fix it before the product is sent out. It's because use those crappy thin bags instead of the bubble bags like Amazon uses. I've been buying from Temu for a while and I don't know what happened but they've been giving me and applying price adjustments automatically!

Price adjustment is only good for purchases up to 30 days also..

I've done the price adjustment but it never gives me the option to just put the credits on my temu account it only allows me to put it back onto my method of payment I used. Maybe it's a Canadian thing.
