The rug was a super great deal!! I got a very similar rug (only more beige than gray) from Amazon for $120. I put it in my washer and dryer all the time, no issues. You will love it!!!

So like you i have had random kitchen utencils all my life but after seeing that beautiful black set i had to snatch it up!!! thanks for the code as well saved me a bit of cash =) and i can't wait to get my matching utencils and ditch the randomized ones that i have had for wayyyy to many years.. probably should have got rid of them years ago haha

I had an idea for camouflaging your husband's X-box while he's not using it! You could make little frame with tiny chicken wire that fits in the cubby and then use magnets or Velcro to keep it in place but also easy to remove. It would look nice with the rustic but clean vibe you have :) also I have no idea how the X-box works but maybe the thingys will still work if it's wire and not a solid door?

I love Temu! I have ordered from them once before and was totally satisfied with the items I got. I've been browsing lately but after watching your video today I decided it was time to do a second order - I've been wanting those Do Nut vases for a long time, so I got those and also some of the euculyptus stems. Also ordered a few other things I kept going back to look at (if you go back to look five times or more it must be time to treat yourself not cheat yourself, Kayla, as you always say! LOL) Love that area rug, I just want to show it to my hubby before I order that, we really need a rug for our dining area and I want easy care as well as beautiful! Your home is always lovely, Kayla. I have the same utensil holder. Beware if your spoons get stacked on top of each other they'll make the drawer stick closed and it will NOT open lol.

Many years ago, I tried to not buy anything from China, Japan, etc, and it was impossible LOL! As someone who has lived with Asian countries selling USA products with banned ingredients/items like red dye, choking hazards for babies, lead in earring posts, on and on. I have even seen clothing with warnings for carcinogenic fibers banned in other states (California and maybe Colorado come to mind). My stomach dropped when I started seeing those ads. Just know, all that glitters is not gold; and if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. OK. Not going to say another word about this here.

…especially eating/kitchen utensils! Made in China contains the most dangerous plastic chemicals in the world and when you heat them up it leaches into the food! The backing on that rug, too. When you turn the heat on in the house the chemicals go in the air and you breathe in the plastics.

They don't care about their own people, and certainly, not us. 0remember, that at the start of Covid, people were wiping off packages, and now they are peddling and shipping directly to us via internet. Our government can't always protect us, and our dollars vote, even if we don't.
