I think there is a bit of irony in Flex's explanation of Rashford not having the ability to do things consistently, when United have not been at it themselves. Look over the years when we have achieved top 4 / trophies since Rashfords introduction. He has been a huge factor in it. If you bring up examples of Salah, Bale, Neymar or even Saka most recently. Look at their team, they have performed consistently, environment which allows the players to thrive. We do not have that. Probably best for him to leave for him to be appreciated at all now.

I think it is a bit of a witch hunt in ETH. He’s protecting his players like any good manager would do. What’s embarrassing is that Chelsea have been a shambles all season and have spent 1 billion pound on players in the last 2/3 windows yet Poch doesn’t get treatment anywhere near this. Chelsea got spanked 5-0 by Arsenal but how has that just been brushed under the carpet. The media just talk about how good Arsenal are rather than addressing how terrible Chelsea have been all season! I really believe that we should keep ETH otherwise we will regret it!

Board ,manager, coaches, medical staff, scouts, recruitment, sports scientists, Nutrionist, players, etc. Everything requires evaluation.
