I have memory of Red Hot Chili Peppers at Super Bowl half time. Flea wasn't even plugged in. I saw an interview with Kelly Clarkson once and they wanted her to dis on pop stars that lip sync, but she pointed out many of them dance a lot and it would be extremely difficult to sing doing all that. She added that she feels she has to sing since she got famous winning a singing contest🤣. I thought it was an outstanding response. If one watches 60s TV shows everybody is lip syncing for variety show. I reckon it's because it is difficult to set up for live performance in the time and space available. You even see Beatles doing it and not taking it very serious. Interesting subject! TV is one thing, but if I'm going to a concert they better be live! Good show! Rock On! 👍👍
