ഞാൻ താങ്കളെ follow ചെയ്യാൻ തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട് 3 years ആയി എനിക്ക് എന്റെ കുടവയർ കുറക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു എന്റെ ശരീരത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന nutrition definition കുറക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു എന്റെ ശരീരത്തിനുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഇൻസുലിൻ റെസിസ്റ്ൻസ് കുറക്കാൻ പറ്റി, അസിഡിറ്റി problems ശരിയായി,cholesterol കുറക്കാൻ പറ്റി... അങ്ങയോടു എങ്ങനെ നന്ദി പറയണമെന്നറിയില്ല എന്നും കടപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു, കൂടാതെ ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ ആ അറിവുകൾ മറ്റുള്ളവർക് മാക്സിമം പറഞ്ഞു കൊടുക്കുന്നു...
