Landlord sent me to Cleanout this roach infested rental property.
My favorite product for roaches is Phantom or WSG, but was I out of both at the time of making this video. I ended up using Temprid and Bifin It. Had some good results from Bifin It. Always shocking to see how tenants leave a property when they move.
I buy all my bug control products from domyown.com pest control or amazon.

We use Alpine + Gentrol. Works really well. We would have done at least one application before cleaning it out. Nice mist spray and cover everything. We use Temprid for our bed bug treatments. We use Bifen for our routine stuff plus outdoor mosquito control.

Greatly appreciate the advice. I purchased Bifen based on your recommendation. So fare its nice for a general bug treatment. I was out of phantom and wsg when cleaning out this unit, it's been one nasty place after another. Crazy how people live!

That's one nasty infested house, unfortunately I have been in one where we opened up a wall and they just poured out.

You seem to be always on the front lines fighting the good fight…. That boric acid 2.39 at depot seems to do the trick for me.

Bugs definitely put up a fight. They can cost a landlord a lot of money between extermination and lost rent trying to get rid of bugs.

That landlord has some updating before he gets that unit back up and running. How much do you charge for a clean out? I was just dealing with the same issue on a duplex I bought last month. Had to rip everything out and bomb it 2-3 times before kilz every inch. They had pets that just used the bathroom on the floor. I'm still dealing with the smell, just not nearly as bad as it was.

Yes, the place is a little rough. Haha 13 yard dumpster $250 per fill. Labor to clean out is normally 300 to 500 (carpet and all trash). Just depends but that's about the average. Spraying for bugs is extra. For the smell this landlord has some ozone machines he will place in the unit. amzn.to/3PqVuu5 They seem to work but have not tested for myself.

That’s a pretty good payday. The contractors in my area are making a killing. $100-$200 an hour. Which is awesome. Lol yes I am. And I like and comment on my own photos to boost algorithm. Plus too lazy to complete switch over and follow the 50+ channels from this account. I also need an editor. How much you chargin lol

@@ChaseBauer65 yes good money. This landlord will always add more. So it normally gets better on the money side. Unfortunately I just don’t have enough time to take on a lot of extra work. I can’t edit my own videos. Haha takes a lot of time.
