Ingredients
500 g pork spare ribs
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
300 ml cola
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons cooking sake
3 cloves garlic
Directions
(1) Season all sides of the spare ribs with salt and black pepper.
(2) Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat and brown the ribs on all sides.
(3) Add cola and bring to a boil, then remove the scum and add soy sauce, sake and garlic.
(4) Roll up aluminum foil lightly, spread it out and cover the pan. Cook for 40 minutes, turning halfway through.
(5) Sprinkle black pepper on top.
