The bread is what we call a torta. A thick tortilla in which to wrap meats into with bellpeppers or any delicious foods yummy 😋 👍🏽🎉

Beef is not an easy to cook meat. If you don't know the right way, it can easily turn into a failure (hard and dry). But I have to admit you always make it juicy,tender and delicious, so.... 👏
