in Tenerife-South there are shopping malls of the highest level where you can buy watches,clothes,jewels,etc of top-brands,I never go to places like this,but is a matter of supply and demand

Bought a Tag watch off a looky looky guy in September 18 , still works now and I paid .......... €8 lol we scots don't mess about when it comes to haggling . Bought the Mrs one of the best counterfeit LV bags also which I ended up paying 25 or 30 for but he originally wanted a lot more . Any how if that's any good to anyone , don't be shy and if they try to play hard ball walk away , sometimes works other times doesn't bit of they want your money they will negotiate . Good advice re keeping your valuables safe in busy areas such as markets, airports, bus stations etc, Lots of professional pick pockets who will pick your bag or pocket without you knowing a thing, sometimes using a decoy as a distraction while their accomplice picks your pocket or bag. Also electrical shops selling fake cameras and watches etc and trying to convince you they are genuine !

Another great video, Lee! Thanks for posting Tenerife videos, as they’re really useful for finding out different areas, restaurants, cafes etc.! Will have to check this and the Adeje market out when I’m down in June! Will be staying in Las Americas but never stayed there before as I’ve always been in Costa Adeje, so recommendations for decent/cheap restaurants around there would be fab! 😎

Steven brought his Rolex from the looky looky man in adeje for 15 or 20 and still going 8 months on. I always buy my sunglasses from there as If I lose them it's not so bad, there is a stall that does handmade cardigans for children which are so pretty and wash lovely I always get them for the niece's, my daughter got some t'shirts and yes they are fake but still going and look nice. We are just going to the adeje one this year as I find the los cristianos one a bit to busy with a young child. Our merch is on it's way mine is due to arrive first 😁. Hope baby James and mummy are doing well ❤

We normally take our lad into the play area in the shopping centre opposite after the market and grab a drink. Interesting vlog. This market is similar to Fanabe's, in fact I think they are the same sellers. In Italy it is illegal to sell counterfait goods... maybe in Spain it's not...😱😥

Excellent vlog as always.I did find though that both Los cristianos market and Fanabe market sold exactly the same things, the prices have gone up considerably on things like bags,watches etc over the past 10 years, but they're still selling the same stuff they were selling back then.

Years a go we were there for a look around. We took all the precautions, except that I forgot to take my wallet out of my back pocket. I only has a small amount of notes for a drink and a snack in it. Walking down one of the isles, I felt a tug on my back pocket. Span round and the spanish guy looked normal. I had put on my tight jeans, so the wallet was wedged in and not easy to get out, which of course he did not. So you can see, they will try anything for free money.

Hi Lee good informative video this one. You’re right definitely fake watches,bags&other stuff being sold in this market. Stall were you enquired about the Rolex watch tell it’s fake when asking you how much prepared pay for it. If that genuine Rolex watch €80 price no lower so right conceal filming there some stuff in stalls could be stolen desperate sell it at any reasonable price cash customers most part did say couple stalls took credit card but as they say”cash is king” abroad loved video very interesting&more entertaining than anything on TV. Would I buy anything from that market probabaly no👍

@@davidmmd7907 If you go to Hotel Bouganville Playa, DEFINATELY 100% FULL BOARD. OMG Their food was outstanding! Sol I'd go Just breakfast and eat out as it's cheap to eat out anyway. I'm not sure where Marbella is in Tenerife? There's Las Americas and Los Cristianos right next door to you. Probably best Google that one.

What you all really don’t know is that you can find all those items at more of the markets of the island, this one was made to (steal) the tourists, the price is higher than the rest of the island, I live in Tenerife and every time someone ask me about this market I always try to help them and tell them to go to somewhere else. I didn’t meant that you are trying to invite the people to there but this is also an advice for you mate...

Christmas 2018, I’d forgotten my watch, so bought a ‘ Rolex’ from Touré the ‘ looky looky’ man on the sea front down from Sol Arona. €10 , and 18 months on, it’s still going strong! I’d have been happy if it had lasted the fortnight.
