On our previous visits this only happens with the aqua aerobics or when they have entertainment on.

Thank you it was not without issues though because the cancelled my first booking which was a pool view room but at the end of the day I am here now.

I an please you have brought this topic up tomorrow I will be checking out a disabled friendly room to see how much they have done to cater for people.

I feel the hotel should offer some sort of discount to all the people who are there at the first opening because all the advertised facilities which are advertised are not available and this would be a great gesture from the hotel but I can not see this happening.

It's not my choice of music but it did not last long.

I think the music will change over time and become more of background music unless there is an event happening.

Nowhere near finished????? Really???? We are staying here and haven't seen any works going on, apart from a couple of workers painting a wall. We are regular visitors and that Sports bar and big area downstairs are always closed in summer.

Arrrgh so all downstairs is to be kept closed sorry didn't realise thought that was new restaurants and games areas and bars for the all inclusive brigade if it's all to remain shut that explains it 😂

It's a change for the better.

Only 50 people around the pool and some of them were from the cleopatra next door because the have now reopened the connecting tunnel.

We have stayed many times before, previously they were white plastic beds and needed replacing, the new ones look much better and upgraded and believe it or not nowhere near as many as there were, more space in between and far superior umbrellas.
