Where's the hair dryer and is it a good one?

Well been twice, first one little studio on the side of pool, second time right on golden mile, all the noise, terrible. Room nice enough, tryed to change rooms and they couldn’t give a toss. Hoe can you have a bedroom overlooking the golden mile with no double glazing, could not sleep crap.Tryed to save a bit by going there, never again back to the oasis that is the Vulcano.

Thank you for the video, but, sorry, I'm not that impressed. No door on the wardrobe? Where would suitcases go? A toilet that the door opens on to? Looks quite a small room, too. OK if you're on your own, but think a couple would find it a bit cramped. Also, not liking the fact that people in the next rooms can see over the balcony divider.

Shame work is still taking place in certain areas, like other comments it should all have been finished off before any kind of opening, I mean for heaven sakes they were closed for 18 months!! Anyway we arrive on Friday lunchtime, anyone there then who fancies meeting for a bevvy or three?

Great vlog Tez,the reception and just general area looks beautiful and really fresh,all the years ive been visiting this area of Las Americas i never reatgere was a tunnel between the Med Palace and the Cleopatra under the walkway.

Great insight into the new hotel. Whats your honest opinion Tez, I know you said its not 5 star but would you say it was a mid to high 4 star? Can I be cheeky and ask how much you paid for your stay?

Not Keen on the room.Not a very big wardrobe not enough space for a 2 week s holiday for 2 people.And he didnt show a safe.

hi tez you have to do a eveing walk around sunset bay and the bars and restraunts because it has a really great vibe in the evening

Thanks again Tez … in my opinion I think the public areas are much nicer than the standard room you are in ( I was surprised they didn’t put a sliding door on the wardrobe & given more space for storage unless it was for a single person ) Looks stunning at night Great tour around x👍👍

Thanks Tez TBH think the room is smaller than I expected also the tiny wardrobe hasn’t got a door & very limited storage which would put me off Would be interesting to see other rooms in the hotel Like the colour scheme x👍👍

Awe great you were one of the first to film this Tez/Terry …. Great tour & fabulous transformation When we stayed at the Cleopatra twice ..we didn’t realize all the facilities could be shared at the time Very impressive interior x👍👍

Just catching up with all your vlogs Tez …Thanks for sharing this as we came home a week before the opening The pool area looks beautiful …..The wall was probably there for privacy of the guests as the pool in view & the pool in the Cleopatra is not visible though aesthetically the rail around is nicer x👍👍

It should not have opened before it was finished. The trouble is they will get some bad reviews as a result. Such a shame to have invested so much money and open a hotel that would have looked more busy during lockdown than it does on your video Terry. Unless of course there has been an apocalypse in Tenerife I am not aware of 😂

How much did you pay Tez ?

Looks good, but nothing out of this world. The price should be way less considering its not 100% finished and 100% staffed. I won't be paying the current over hyped over inflated prices. The location is very good, i must say. I look forward to staying here once the hype has dropped off and inturn the price as well

Has it been this dead for the past two days?

On first sight looks amazing Lack of drawer space and hanging space Make up mirror in bathroom but like to sit down and put make up on and do hair The safety deposit box is operated by door key ?how does this work if cleaner also has access to room Overall style over practicality
