@@nikolakrstic8079 I disagree, we got another amazingly animated fight. I think everyone can agree that the story is not demon slayer's best quality (I'm not saying it's "bad" by any means, just pretty simple, which is okay), the animation and directing has always been peak, which is why I mainly watch. There's a reason Demon Slayer didn't explode in popularity until the episode 19 fight in season 1.

@@Coolgame6812 Story is one of demon slayer's best qualities, alongside other writing components. Animation doesn't matter. Also Demon Slayer was popular beforehand. And episode 19 was beloved for its story moment. There's way better animation out there.

This episode definitely highlighted that Tanjiro is not his “peers” equal. I would say he’s more so on par with being the most eligible hashira in the making. He’s more experienced than most of the hashiras.

Tanjiro may have experience in fighting demons, but when it comes to general experience and basics, he is not yet at the Pillar level. He is better than those useless randoms with organizations, but he still needs to practice sword fighting, attacking, etc

@@bdxdle5741 I mean... You could say that he is at the level of a weak Pillar, but as you can see in these episodes Tanjiro in such basics it is still not at the level of the current Pillars. He has strong techniques but lacks experience and refinement of skills

Tanjiro can have moments of peak, possibly even temporarily better than a Hashira in some desperate power up, but his consistency isn’t yet Hashira level, but no too far off now

The fact that Tanjiro could learn that easily to use the thunder breathing first form is just because it's a cheap copy of sun breathing as Rengoku's father said so he can use the ramifications of the sun breathing a lot easier but he can't use them at its prime

@@natalimoina he can't, his body isn't made for them, that's the reason why he would have been stagnant if he had continued training water breathing, that's why he felt like he couldn't reach its full potential, it's easy to him to learn all of them thanks to sun breathing but he can't exploit them as good as their main users, that's something told by the color of the blades and the self nature of each breathing technique user

if i remember correctly the show and ending was rushed a lot because 1 of the parents of the creator got very sick (cancer) , you will feel alot in the last arc.

You guys should watch Ajin: Demi human. It's got a great sound track, and in some ways similar to AoT with the gore. The dub is really good so I recommend you guys watch it that way.

That’s what I was telling my bf yesterday, it’s weird to me that we went from the spider dude to the train demon to then ONLY upper ranks one after the others..I feel like tanjiro’s progress feels forced or wtv because of that, BUT I still like the anime etc, it’s just some details like that that sort of take me out of it for a bit

SPOILERS AHEAD. SKIP THIS PART IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THE MANGA. To the manga readers, we all know why they've stretched that panel. I think they want us to get attach to the other members of the corps. Since on the infinity castle arc we know the "Use your body as a wall to protect the pillars."

At the rate they're animating this to squeeeeeze those dollars out, they're going to turn each individual fight in the last arc to a standalone movie with their own accompanying season attached. Insanity how little source material they used to make a whole ass episode. For context, it's usually like 3chapters per episode for a standard anime adaptation, but this episode covered about a page of content total.

IT IS a filler ep. The Hashira Training Arc is so short in the manga, and the way they expanded it here doesn't put any weight on the next arc, story-wise. GIVE ME ONE. This literally could be skipped and the details to the infinity arc castle would still be the same. What are you guys defending? lol. This episode is a waste of budget- could've been used as a bonus for the underpaid animators instead tbh.

For those who don't know, the Hashira Training Arc features episodes with each Hashira, from the weakest to the strongest. With Rengoku gone, it will only be 8 episodes. But why did they place the Love Hashira above Muichiro and Tengen?
