We definitely swapped our sides this time. Brent tried the potato salad the last time we were here. If they had some collared greens, they'd be all set! Yes, the peanut butter pie was served cold and they pulled it right out of the refrigerator. The peanut butter pie is no joke. Y'all would really enjoy it if you like peanut butter. It's not overly sweet and has a great texture with the oreo crust. Haha - I played basketball back in high school, but that was 26 years ago and when I was 90 pounds lighter. We hope to see y'all sometime this upcoming season at Dollywood. We plan to visit for all 5 festivals this year.

hey Jennifer....shhhh....here's my pb pie recipe. Definitely killer....unbelievably easy ;) ...... Mix one small jar jif peanut butter with one jar buttercream frosting and press into an oreo crust and chill. (you can also use it for fudge....same thing) it's been my secret for decades lolololololol.
