"High rep low volume weight" means 10+ reps with a light amount of weight this is the Hypertrophy phase which builds foundation of your muscle to be able to handle the later phase of the "power phase" to accommodate more weight which equals low rep high volume weight.

Yes they can. They're just need to do mobility exercises.

Then work on the mobility to be able to. If you're a football player, you should have that mobility.

Uhhhhh the guy was squatting 315 at 0:48 and from the look of it it wasn't his first set. He went down pretty far.

a few of the players need to go significantly lower on their squats. 0:48 is like 5 inches high.

Pretty far does not equal parallel. He's putting a lot of strain on his knees.
