Hey guys!! Hope you are all safe and sound. I know some of you are back on the courts because I have been receiving videos from many of you, that's great!
On this video I wanted to focus on one part of the FOOTWORK that is very important. Think about every time you go to hit a ball and you fall on the outside leg. All the weight of your body will be there and you will need, first to be quick to get to that ball fast, second to have a good balance to be able to hit and hold position, and third (really important) to be strong to recover fast for the next ball!
ROUTINE:
Each exercise for 30-40 seconds | 6 times each one.
Repeat that for every exercise.
First 2 are a functional warm-up. VERY important that you make them!!
