Awesome! hip rotation is missing link in my forehand and I was wondering why the hell I am not getting the power in my forehand.

This is really top notch resistance band training for tennis. I'm 46 and train with semi pros regularly. Thank you! Do you have a similar video for more general strength training using bands. Particularly attached to a pole or fence like you're showing in this video?

.. first 30 seconds tells you that this dude has a weak presentation - he cannot get to the point he is trying to make. Switch off and look elsewhere ..

Stop explaining what your going to teach and just teach it. You wasted 1:09 of viewer's time saying what you are going to do instead of doing it.

Excellent Videos Gaston! I especially like how you make videos that deal with Specialty & Difficult Shots. It's hard to improve when most videos don't teach and talk about how to add variety and more tools to your tool box. Keep up the great work!

I absolutely love this!!! I’m going to work on it!!! Thanks so much!!! I’m a former professional player and I played against 6 Grand Slam champions in the early 80s and now at 58 I’m playing pro tournaments again. This slice is my new favorite!!!

There is no way you are leading with the hip. Let’s see a jumping forehand where you lead with the hip.

Will contact at 45° send the ball into the net? I thought at contact the racket is always close to vertical

Fed has a weird technique on the slice shot. Not something someone would like to emulate. Nadal has a better slice. Much more versatile. Knifing slice-Kvitova
