Lyrics:
There's no time for us,
There's no place for us,
What is this thing that builds our dreams, yet slips away from us.
Who wants to live forever,
Who wants to live forever
There's no chance for us,
It's all decided for us,
This world has only one sweet moment set aside for us.
Who wants to live forever,
Who dares to love forever,
When love must die.
But touch my tears with your lips,
Touch my world with your fingertips,
And we can have forever,
And we can love forever,
Forever is our today,
Who wants to live forever,
Who wants to live forever,
Forever is our today,
Who waits forever anyway?

This cover recently brought The Tenors in to my life because I love to listen to covers of Queen songs, and this one is a masterpiece! ❤ The Tenors combined their individual talents to create their own arrangement in HONOR of Queen. A contemporary, classical arrangement of a rock band's song done so brilliantly. Nothing about The Tenors' arrangement undermines Queen's original arrangement. With an open mind, both can be appreciated as their own individual musical masterpieces, created in that "one sweet moment". Freddie would love this arrangement. After all, his background was in classical music. Beautiful arrangement and hauntingly beautiful video guys, and Lindsey....so angelic, and so brilliantly talented! ♥️

Honestly, I shed a few tears listening to this. It does the Queen version justice, as hearing that song always makes me cry. It was very beautiful imagery and I understand what they were trying to accomplish in this. I would love to see you guys perform this with the actual band, because I think it would be epic. To those who are leaving negative reviews or even worse, grow up. You are so used to the original thing, be it music or TV shows or the like, that you don't leave yourself with an open mind that it might actually be good. I believe that Freddie and the rest of Queen would (or do) like this if they were (or have) to see it.

In my most humble opinion, Freddie Mercury would be quite impressed with this version. He was an amazing showman who loved music and performing and embraced the essence of the music and put his heart and soul in each and every note to show the rest of the world the beauty that he saw in it. I love music and many different genres- this particular version of this beautiful song shows that so many things in life can be in harmony if we just allow it to happen and enjoy the show. Well done, Tenors! And Linsey as well- your mastery of your instrument is a gift for the world. Keep making beautiful music, everyone!💕

Yeah, it's almost impossible to perfectly reproduce someone else's music, and boring too, since we can just as well listen to an original recording in that case. To me it's much more interesting to see how many different variations you can get on a good song when it's handled by different artists. How ominous can it become, how traditional can it become, how techno can it become - not that all variations will necessarily be good but it's still interesting to see how much the same piece can be varied.
