2,632 feet hike up the old man Coniston fall in the furness fells of the lake district in Cumbria, England.
After hiking 802 metres up the old man of coniston, we walked down to goat hawse then Cross to Dow crag then onto buck pike then setup camp at blind tarn for a overnight camp and a explore around some old slat quarry building.

That little house with the fire was a mad Dwarfs abode he was called Shaughnesy McMackintosh McDougel and he was up there for 18 years causing loads of trouble with the slate miners, until they got fed up of him, battered him and threw him off the mountain. If you go down into Coniston town you can see his grave in the Churchyard facing the Crown Inn. It is said he killed three miners

Done this walking bit Dan, every weekend, whether it rained snowed ice or sun, 25 miles Saturday, around 20 miles Sunday, camp overnight somewhere by a pub most times. Winter was 15 miles Sundays, totally knackered, but great days, cant do it now, arthritis in both knees so my walking has come to a full stop. But good on you Dan, keep it up with the walking, camping and videos my friend, keep me thinking i'm in the countryside.
