You can cook the sticky rice with a rice cooker as well. Portions are up to how much you want to make, usually we do 6 cups. All ingredients are diced before stirfrying. If you dont like dried shrimp, you can take it out and just add more mushroom or pork etc. Make sure to pan fry these after steaming to get the crispy skin. Also taste great w/ roast duck aka pekking duck.
There is no specific measurements on the ingredients, its usually just by instinct. You can do 1:1 of each ingredient. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
