This answer is address to Richard Marx. The answer to your question Richard, is YES it's very possible to change what you don't like in yourself or what you'd like to improve in yourself. It's what I like to call giving an overhaul to our persona, or renewing Your mind. As believers, we do it all the time in our faith to become more like the salt-of-the-earth! So why not do it when we don't like something about ourselves or we wish - want to improve something in ourselves?! And if you want to change something in yourself, you've already won half the battle there. Because you've come to the conclusion that change is very achievable, possible, and acceptable to you. So the answer is YES I do believe a person can change if their heart is totally in it, and they're being genuine about it! I hope this helps you in your quest for change. Also there is always room for self improvement. And we should always strive to be a better version of ourselves no matter what age we are, or where we come from! But like I was taught from a tender age, nothing worth having in this life comes easy! So if your heart is in it to win it ... You're already halfway there!👍👍 Callie from Apple Valley California 🍎

This is address to Daisy Fuentes and Richard Marx ... As you both are well aware social media is a very powerful tool! I do agree that most of the information that I've received on covid-19 comes from social media everything from Twitter to Facebook to KZfaq. And yes you have to sift through the BS, but for the most part I think a lot of it is spot-on. But I do agree with you when it comes to social media and being informed. And yes I truly agree with Daisy Fuentes it does create a lot of anxiety having this 24-hour news going on non stop! Especially for the elderly. It really stinks! And I'm proud to say that I followed you Daisy Fuentes and Richard Marx on Instagram, Twitter and KZfaq, you guys are very cool people!! 👍👍 Thank you both for being so real!!🤙 Callie from Apple Valley California 🍎

Richard, if you read/see this, just wanna say that it’s fine for you to dye your hair...HOWEVER, skin tone does change as we age, and the point is to make your hair color suit your CURRENT skin tone. You might need to go a shade lighter or mix in some highlights(?) or something. The color is currently too UNIFORM. Same goes for your brows. I don’t have a sophisticated-enough knowledge of color-blending, but I do know that people who have it done well, look amazing. It makes the skin look warmer & more radiant, rather than...matte/dull.

I agree with a lot of things you're saying Daisy Fuentes. I mean I understand the connection that has to be there between a couple. But I believe that when you fall in love with someone, or love someone ... It comes naturally. Because you can't help but connect with them, you're rendered helplessly in their warm abyss of love! In fact It's like hearing a good song that you've tucked away in your brains archives, and every time you hear it it sums up that same ole' feelings as it once did when you first heard it. Because you connected with that song the first time, and the song remembers when! The heart is the same so to speak, it knows what it desires. And when it finds it, it holds on to it very tightly .. hence the feeling you first remember when you fell in love with that person the first time. My mom and dad have been married fifty-three years and still love each other the same way as they did when they were young. I only hope to oneday find a love like that. And while intimacy maybe an important part of a relationship, I have to agree with you, it's not the main thing! when you love someone you automatically just want to show them every day of your life - 365 days of the year every year that you love them endlessly! It's just that simple! Callie from Apple Valley California 🍎

Smart talk about sex, and with no blushing and censorship. And very true - for some people, sex in a long relationship gets boring. A nice routine is great but most people need a little spice in the mix as well. If a person is much into that familiar routine it might be a bit of a shock when the partner brings up that they might want something different. The relationship either survives it or it doesn't.

I'm 47 and I feel like I am old...like my best days are behind me. I have battled illness since 2012 and I lost 8 years, what I felt like would have been my best years, in a fog of surgeries, horrific pain, and depression. I am better now, but I do feel like I'm now officially way past my prime(which isn't the worst thing in the world...but not super pleasant, either). I didn't realize that Daisy was 53! She looks unbelievable for 53. Men tend to age better than women(imo), but she looks amazing. If she doesn't feel old herself, I need to get my head straight as she has a few years on me.

And to comment on what Daisy Fuentes is saying regarding change. Taking little bitsof what you like about people that you've met in your life or whom have made an impact on your life is totally normal, and very acceptable! It's called, people having influences on us. It's like being a singer-songwriter which I am. I've been singing since I was three years of age. Self-taught. And my greatest teachers and influences when it came to styles and techniques of writing was people like Johnny Cash, George Jones, Don Williams, Merle Haggard, Loretta Lynn and Dolly Parton that's just to name a few whom have had a great influence on me as a singer songwriter. I love the storytelling of a song. And that influence me a great deal as a songstress! My point is, why can't we do the same when it comes to our personalities and traits?! The answer is YES WE CAN, and many of us already have! By the way Daisy Fuentes and Richard Marx I love the topics that you guys are touching on! Thanks for sharing with us all and letting us interact with you guys! Callie from Apple Valley California 🍎

With COVID around I had to break down and get my hair styled, cut and colored recently. Such a big pick me upper. Richard u r hilarious. And Daisy you are a doll. Understanding a true man will love the banter w other women, ie his hairdresser. But your understanding and maturity and non jealous behavior makes u a class act. Haha. i think that we can change our personality its all in the mindset and our life cirumstances, but there is always that part of us where life makes us who we are, the part we are born with. its like those people who come across always happy and smiling like nothing bothers them. i also think its about having an open mind you dont have be someone else you have to be who you want to be, we all are not perfect and wont be showing up to work all happy go lucky everyday we have our good days and bad days.

I feel so compelled to answer Daisy Fuentes question as to why leaving a voicemail - and the fact that it's a waste of time leaving a voicemail if you're going to leave text as well. perhaps this answer will change your perception regarding leaving voicemails ... I'll start off with a example ... sometimes it's comforting and warm to hear someone's voice rather than a text. The text just reaffirms the voicemail, but without the emotions behind it. I'm not particularly a big fan of of texting I have to say, but that's beside the point. And the other example is ... What if that was the last voice you heard from a love one huh?!, let's just say God forbid???!!! I'm Not trying to sound morbid about it, just keeping it candidly honest and real!! My Awesome Precious Son is in the United States Coast Guard - law enforcement. And I still today save particular voicemails of his! Because his voice is so precious to me, and he does a very dangerous job day in and day out while serving his country! I'm going to respectfully push back on this topic about voicemails being annoying Daisy Fuentes ... I beg to differ on Voicemails being annoying. In my humble opinion, they are precious to no end and the key to communication! There shouldn't be a length or timeline on a voicemail, or a protocol on how to leave a message or voicemail when someone is trying to communicate with you. Perhaps it's more the person who's annoying than the voicemail! But no matter how you slice and dice it, emails by are far more incredibly essential when it comes to communicating. There are things in texts that can be misconstrued, that on the other hand if you were to leave a voicemail would be clear! Voicemails are the best form of communication just saying Daisy Fuentes. And hopefully from my previous examples you'll both realize and understand the WHY they are such an important part of communication while at the same time being precious. Callie a proud mother of the United States Coastguardsman 🇺🇸 From Apple Valley California 🍎 God bless!

April must be her publicist - a little over the top with all the false compliments. The public obviously feels differently reflected in this forum. Anyone who claims to be vegan for media attention and then sells products that tests on animals in the same breath is unethical and lacks integrity and character. Clearly, April doesn't think there is anything wrong with hypocrisy and lies. His wife is even mocking trained chefs now apparently as some sort of joke. Another unethical character flaw to add to her resume.

28:05 - RICHARD: Yes, it’s possible to evolve past/through the parts of us that we’d like to supplant...but only SOME of the time, This is where we figure out (pretty much through trial and error, and also knowledge of personality ARCHETYPES) which parts of us are FIXED vs. MUTABLE. You’ve probably heard of Myers-Briggs (MBTI). That’s helpful, to a degree. I’d also recommend ASTROLOGY (the real stuff), which explains the “why” behind who we are. If you haven’t already, google “free natal chart” (maybe you can leave off “free”), and for whichever platform you pick, you input your birthdate, birth place, and birth time. Your natal chart (EVERYONE’s natal chart) serves as a blueprint for our lives (go ahead and test it w/ everyone you know), and through free will, we decide the outcomes where there are variable factors. Knowing the basics of astrology serves as a very useful tool in life for understanding ourselves & others, teaching us how to extract our full potential, and to help us love & accept the things that we can’t change. As you mentioned, you wanted/needed the youthful energy that Daisy injected into your life. That’s exactly how we learn to evolve into the self that we want to become. You see & experience her “brand” of energy, and it rubs off on you in both conscious & subconscious ways. This is why we need to be discerning about who we spend time with, because it’s gonna happen, anyway. As you mindfully condition/reprogram yourself to EMULATE being more carefree by using your empathy to experience in your mind’s body how someone with Daisy’s psychology works to allow her to be more carefree & adventurous, you’ll notice that it becomes easier to BE like her. At first, it feels like you’re just pretending/role-playing, but as with ALL conditioning, we develop CELL/MUSCLE MEMORY, so you can genuinely become more laid back. That said, you do have your HARD WIRING, so you’ll always maintain your constitution. The conditioning is just software that can be swapped in and out. Daisy mentioned that you’re a very responsible person. That makes you naturally more “serious,” but being responsible is a GOOD thing, right? Many happy-go-lucky types can be quite flaky scattered, and unreliable. Fun though they may be, when they need to get their shit together, they LITERALLY can’t...so as w/ many things in life, there are pros & cons to being like them, as well. Just keep practicing being the type of carefree person you want to be, and one day, you’ll notice that it’s become second nature, and that you no longer have to make a conscious effort at it. 👍 I think you’re describing an ENFP or ESFP, when you speak of carefree types. Just keep studying them, and culling the best of their qualities to adopt.

I have seen people change really bad traits about themselves to better themselves. It is possible but it doesn’t necessarily change their fundamental personality because that’s who they are. But they don’t become defined by their bad traits any longer they rid themselves of them , though it does take time.

Long thought regarding changing personality: Super complex, I think. Part of me feels like let's all be ok with who we are but one point that was made "Things that don't make you happy". Hmmm. I think that's the clue. Figuring out why that thing doesn't make you happy. Is it societal pressure to be a certain type of person? Is it a legit dislike you have about yourself and feel you need to change? From the perspective of seuxal abuse in childhood and the recovery from that, you learn that your personality was formed from many inputs and coping mechanisms. And then you are encouraged to look through your coping mechanisms and cast off the things that don't work for you and embrace the ones that do. Sense of humor for me is a coping mechanism. For instance: I laugh a lot at things and make jokes about some of my own dire circumstances. It works for me. Manipulation was a trait that was not working for me and I no longer wanted, so I worked hard to cast it off. Loads of therapy that led to tools for self-actualization, reflection and most importantly, making the thing I no longer want conscious. Once it's conscious, when you have the reaction or situation arise, you can do self-talk and simply say "ok, this is right here. Why am I reacting this way? Can I choose another way?". It takes a damn long time but for me, it's been a helpful tool. Also, voicemail is bullshit.

I don't have to agree with everything said here to know that testing on animals is a zero sum game. I don't respect anyone who exploits the torture of animals as a career choice. The sentiment with the comments seems to be one of anger regarding her lack of integrity and character and the disconnect between what she says and what she does. That's not negativity it's a fact. Be part of the solution not the problem. You seem to be the only one who doesn't care about animals or her hypocrisy, which is your right but don't try to discredit people who hold struggling TV personalities to the same standard they espouse to others. Your inability to see the common denominator is doing a disservice to society, the environment and humanity as a whole. I'm sorry you can't see that. Metacognition is a tool meant for self-refection, she should try it sometime, she might learn something about herself other than the shallow desire to feed her own ego.

If you were my nurse sick or not, I'd file a formal complaint. BUT, my guess is you're highly stressed considering the conditions you have to work under during a pandemic. No, new stuff sucks. The duet you mentioned is s-word. It's extremely difficult to change one's vibe because it's largely driven by biology, energy, hormones etc. News: would you tell them how many new illness cases are there in the last day or how many total since the beginning? Depends on what you want the reaction to be. Voicemail: it's a thing from 80s...

You both need to Lay off of the booze! And when your both taking about this kind of crap! Drunks arent attractive and to those of us that are are sober thru us! Drunks are a hazard! Richard! They arent good influencers either! I thought you quit drinking thru you!:( as a fan of yours and who has loved your music and since your hazard album, it saddens me to be hearing you say that instead of you wanting to be being a dad thru you to your sons thru you that youd rather not and to want to just be drinking thru you and with daisy even? Thats a change youd want to be making? For who? Whom do you love more thru you? You or them thru you?:'(why would you want to be changing that thru you? Your sons will always need you to be their dad to them thru you! Not their drinking buddy thru you! So like how you are thru you! And lay off of the alcohol thru you and if this how you think when drinking even is just down on you thru u even
