Synopsis:
Squadron Leader Veer Pratap Singh (Shah Rukh Khan) is a rescue pilot with the Indian Air Force. In the line of duty he comes across a stranded Zaara (Preity Zinta)... a girl from Pakistan who has come to India to fulfill her surrogate mothers dying wish. Veer saves her life and his life is never the same again.
Twenty two years later Saamia Siddiqui (Rani Mukerji), a Pakistani human rights lawyer on her first case, finds herself face to face with an aging Veer Pratap Singh. He has languished in a Pakistan jail cell for 22 years and has not spoken to anyone all these years. And no one knows why. Her mission is to discover the truth about Veer and see to it that justice is served.

I am not Indian but I usually listen to Indian music. I remember when I was always younger my mom would say " why not just marry a Indian female." Than my life changed clearly the girls I went out with where not for me. Than it happened found that special Indian female in my life. @@Anmol12792 haha well I didn’t marry the Indian girl I was dating at that time. We are still friends and talk here and there because her new boyfriend is the jealous and controlling type. So I just call him a ghandu and she laughs and he asks what’s so funny and she never tells him what it means haha. And to answer your question idk it’s maybe just who I am. Like I love brown/south Asian culture like from the food to the dancing and music. I like some songs not all because just mainly for the softness in the voices. Like some rap songs they’re not really for me cause they don’t really make it feel like they’re happy about anything. Cause it’s just the same thing usually as American rap. Which isn’t bad it’s just for me I get bored of it. But haha don’t worry about the 11 years I’m glad someone found entertainment and said something

No offense to the technology achievement today but the songs composed, the soundtracks, storytelling, the writing, the background and environment of these old movies are something powerful. years ago when i saw this movie, i never imagined myself in "zara's" shoes. Unexpected happens when least expected and now am going through a veer zara sequel. Every time i listen to this song i feel like i would end up exactly like her and just the thought breaks me into pieces. But again the way this song touches my heart is unbelievable!
