Notes:
- Please Use only fired ghungroo beads. In between each of the thread beads, I have used 20 ghungroo beads, making it a total of 120.
- How to make ghungroo beads: • How to make stick bead...
- Adjust the tone of gold as per your choice. If you like it brighter then stick to bright gold. If you want them slightly antique, add very very little black to the gold.
- You can paint the beads in batches. Sometimes they tend to stick to each other so I would highly recommend painting in small batches.
- You can skip the thread beads if you want them all gold.
- Jump rings are optional, you can also directly connect the gear wire to the loop of the necklace dori.
- For cluster bead necklace, I prefer varnishing after the assembling has been done. Please do it carefully so that the varnish doesn't go on the thread beads.
Few links to the materials I use. Hope you find them useful.

So when you put the ghungroo beads, after you add a few, adjust/move it around so that the beads so that it falls like a flower garland. The process is very similar to that of making a garland.

@nehagopinathpillai
@nehagopinathpillai 3 жыл бұрын
Radha, it's too be done till it dries. Swirl it till it dries completely and becomes non - sticky. But I must also tell you this method sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Please start doing it in small batches with little paint. You can also do this by hand. Take a little paint and water in your hands and take little 10-20 beads at a time and coat them.

Very nice.. I am going to try however I have a question here.. When u r mixing gungroo beads with gold n black do we need to keep on mixing it until it gets dry or WATS d process. Because in the video it was cut in between

Thank you so much! You need to continuously mix it with a brush tool it gets dry. But sometimes beads can stick to each other. So don't stop mixing.

Lovely as usual but how is the cluster formed? Is it because of the hole position?
@nehagopinathpillai
@nehagopinathpillai 3 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much! Yep a round bead with a u-pin (ghungroo beads) will automatically fall in this kind of a formation. You just need to adjust a little and it falls like this. Image a flower garland. It's the same overall principle.

Mam, beautiful. Y Gunguru beads get broken into two parts and get some splits after a few months though jewelry unused, kept in a box? Which method must be followed to be strong enough gunguru beads and not to get broken? Thank u Mam.

Sometimes beads tend to crack when the u-pin is put. But only sometimes, not all the time. But it's strange that unused pieces are developing splits. Never heard of that. How do you fire your work?

Beautiful as usual.👌👌👌 Just a small doubt, won't the varnish cause the beads to stick to each other?
@nehagopinathpillai
@nehagopinathpillai 3 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much Kamana! So to your question - Would you rather varnish 120 small individual ghungroo beads - I think not 😊. Hence this method is easier. These beads are assembled don't move. And if you see the varnish is just a topical thing. I am not putting it all the way through. You can use a smaller finer brush if needed.
@kamanamuley4232
@kamanamuley4232 3 жыл бұрын
@@nehagopinathpillai I didn't mean varnishing them individually of course that would be , i don't know madness i guess,😊 but since the beads are packed very close i thought they might stick to one another. I had made a pendant ,which had 4 ghungroo beads on the lower side , but on varnishing they stuck to each other and the paint came off when I tried to separate them. I use bustro acrylic varnish.
@nehagopinathpillai
@nehagopinathpillai 3 жыл бұрын
@@kamanamuley4232 true, varnishing ghungroo beads are tricky. Once the stock of your brustro is done, try the other I have mentioned in the description box. Heard that's better and dries quicker. Also the way I do it is lay the pendant flat and make sure the beads aren't sticking to each other. Then with a small brush you can apply varnish the visible part. Once that dries, flip the pendant and repeat.
