Nothing beats the wonderful smell/aroma/taste cooking with peanut oil. Recent study focused on smoke point, free radicals etc that's raised some concerns on it. My guess is if you don't overheat (160 C for unrefined or 230 C for refined peanut oil) for stir/pan frying to avoid smoking then moderate daily consumption is OK. BTW, using oils with higher smoke point for deep frying is recommended.

Remember when I was a child, my grand parents have a little peanut farm, every year I'll go to grandpa's house and help them to pick peanut from farm, and then send them to oil factory directly, oil factory won't charge us for extract the oil, instead they will take the left over after extraction as remuneration. in most cases, the peanut oil found in the store is not produced in the way described in this video. Rather, a solvent is added to the ground peanuts which joins the oily part to separate it from the fibers. Subsequently, the oil-solvent mix is subjected to evaporation, a process in which the solvent is separated from the oil and used for a new production cycle.

As others have already said, "I highly appreciate that you did not include any annoying music" too, but then I think it would be beneficial if you included some on-screen captions explaining the processes. Not that I would need them (being an "industrial chemical processes chemist" I'm familiar with all this stuff) but it would make the video more understable for other folks, less familiar with the subject.
