Huh? You listening to much to Andrew rate or something. I’m not a millionaire but I have a house that’s almost paid off and 2 cars. One is a lease that’s a daily driver 2021 Lexus ES350 and second is my weekend car 2019 mustang GT, I’m only 37 turning 38 in 2 months. You don’t need to be a millionaire brother, you need to have good credit and a decent income… credit is very important. If you young then don’t fuck it up,start building it now. I started building up my credit early in my life… I think at 16 I got my first credit card. While my friends spent the money instantly cause they thought it was “free” with high apr percentage I didn’t do that. I bought small things and made payments just to build credit. By the time I was almost 19 I was able to finance myself a bmw 5 series… my attainable dream car was a 540i from the late 90s/early 2000s and I got it at 18. I had nice decent cars prior to that but this was my first big purchase at $20k ($40-50k in todays money) I had money to pay for it upfront but I kept the money to invest and instead financed a large portion of the money to build my credit and trust. By the time I wanted another bmw which was 2 years later I was already established and my credit was so good that I was able to lease a brand new bmw 550i in 2007… I still won’t forget seeing the sticker price on that thing $80,295 in 2007 man,fully loaded. Credit credit credit. Never forget that.
