The shift from 2nd to 3rd is a little quick. I believe you can adjust shifts in the dash setup. Also lowering tire pressure around 17 psi so you can get on it a little harder on the launch with foot braking it, and dumping the throttle. Love the car man.

I am playing catchup. How are the tracks handling the 170 and no cage? I remember Brooks or someone saying they were telling Teslas not to run full tilt boggie because of insurance reasons.

Great job. A lot of us thought you were crazy putting the car on bags but the numbers don't lie. The best thing was is how consistent the runs were once you got it dialed in. Thats how you win races. One other thing to think about is you had the passenger seat in the car, I don't think Dodge had one when they ran the 8.9. The trap speed is also really really close to what Dodge ran unlike the original Demons that always seemed to be pretty far off. You did an amazing job dialing the car in and figuring out to roll into it instead of just smashing the gas. Congratulations on the weekend, I think you have consistently the fastest 170 on KZfaq.

Have you tried to use Torque Reserve at all? Leaving the line with boost might cause traction issues but even launching with the supercharger bypass valve closed and no boost pressure may cut off a little time without introducing wheelspin. Congrats on the times... that thing is amazing!

We just need to work on your burnouts. you arent getting enough wheel speed and just sitting there getting no heat in the tires. Need to go to 2nd and 3rd gear manually to get that wheel speed up!! Then you will be unstoppable.
