We rate albums out of 10. Any album that scores 8 or higher gets a Toe Tag. If an album gets Two Toe Tags then it gets added to the list in the link above. We do not review EP's but we may cover them in our New Release videos should they come up.
In regards to our Reaction videos:
As many of you know KZfaq can be an unpredictable and often unfair place when it comes to copyright rules and their enforcement. If our video ends up getting cut due to copyright reasons it will be labeled in the title as a Review rather than a Reaction. The music video portion of the video will be cut out and you will only see our before and after thoughts. Unfortunately this is the best we can do under those circumstances and we would appreciate a Like rating on our videos to help us overcome any negative algorithmic affects.

The reason it's only the singer this time is because he's in this video playing the character El (from the game) steering the space ship "The Dream" before he loses control and crashes into the Strangeland. Oh there is a huge story here... The Strangeland is a representation of our own minds, where dreams can come crashing down, can make you lose yourself, and sometimes force you to become someone you're not. The video shows his state of mind in the face of the singer (and in the lyrics) during the different phases. Reflection, confusion, panic, frustration and finally acceptance for the situation he's in. There are hints and things for the game displayed in the video, but I get that it might seem boring to those who have not played the game or don't know the story behind the concept. To me it was a ride of pure human emotions, and also my favourite song of the album, together with "Burden". Stellar album! I'm so impressed with this band.

I know the rest of the band isn’t in the video but usually they are. In this one I believe they’re trying to showcase Dan’s vocals because this is by far the most range I’ve heard him produce in a song. Take it for what it is, the band supporting him and his crazy talent as the frontman.

Keep in mind the reason why they hide screams and shadow cool stuff in the mix is because this is for a concept album. So 3 characters are being presented and certain things in the mix need to take a side step so that the stage is set the best way. You can still hear what you need to to as an audiophile. They don't miss.

I wasn’t a big fan of this band but this song is was freaking amazing!!! This song still gives me the freaking goosebumps!!!! I hate bands with clean vocals but this was something different and I loved it!!!

The video for The Grey was more of a visualizer, with footage from the 3rd level of the game, than an actual music video. I believe this video for Legion serves as a sort of prelude to the game. All good stuff in the grand scheme of this concept album as whole, even though this video is indeed a bit boring. Edit: fav song and video for me are still War of Being by far

I mean sure getting a spotlight for every band member is nice and all, but the art should come first, and in this case the video is serving a very specific purpose. I doubt the rest of the band are bitter about not being extra pilots in the ship or something haha.

Man.. Next time look into the visuals in his helmet.. It explains the whole video and also why it makes sense that the band weren’t in the video.
