No, that tank in the trunk is for the fire suppression system.

All those hoses you see and stacked housings are oil pumps and dry sump oil pan and round upright tank in trunk holds the oil. It's a handful, a fun handful 😁

I was seriously considering buying a cobra made by ERA or FF, used, but my state has ridiculous laws concerning this type of vehicle even if otherwise 100 percent a street car. Check your local laws!

That's no wallflower, motor sounds strong. Dry sump, oil and trans coolers along with something being run off of the drive shaft. For Maple Motors that a wild ride.

Yeah, not sure what you would run off a belt drive at the rest of the driveshaft. It does have the oil reservoir in the trunk so I’m thinking maybe some type of supplemental oil pump to return the oil back up to the front of the car? Not sure as it seems odd to have any kind of oil pump driven off the driveshaft as it wouldn’t do anything when the car isn’t moving. A scavenge pump maybe?

Probably had different wheel and tire setup before. That’s a road course monster for sure. Looks like a lot of stuff is setup in the car to get sanctioned by whatever class they raced it in. Thus the cooling for brakes and rear end and the extinguisher system in trunk.

Had a Superformance Dealer with a custom engine builder out back in Ross Ohio the next town over from me a few years back. Test drove one with a built 351 punched out to 427. I'm still scared to this day over how fast it was!!

Looks like its a rear end cooler set up. See a pump, lines connected to rear diff housing.

Not convinced the tach or the speedometer is wired correctly. Id wager the tach is wired for a 4 cyl and the speedometer is wildly off

Ive never seen a cobra kit without doors that open definitely could not get plates for it in Pennsylvania not sure what kind of raceing you could do with it definitely not a quarter miler it would smoke em the whole way
