I remember back when i played TDU 2 for the first time, and it was my absolute favourite game for years. Im insanely grateful for the devs who chose to keep this franchise alive, and i must say this game is looking absolutely stunning, and the car sounds that i have heard so far is astonishing. Really looking forward to playing this game.

All the game really needs now is proper traffic density to make the world feel alive. Within the city and some highways should feel busy and crowded with a level of difficulty required to drive fast through these areas💯 I think this is one of the most important factors that can't be forgotten!

In just a total honesty, as an Alpha game it's on a good lead, just need a better graphic polishing, crash damage model and I think optimization on the frames, it would be set for the visual quality of the game. Sounds are alright and another comment is probably the NPC traffic cars needs to have more variety and density. And also very cool appearance of a guy named BlackPanthaa on the gameplay, he seems cool 😂.

It's just missing some pedestrians walking. Why don't more open world racing games do that outside of The Crew, MCLA and Unbound?

Honestly this was beyond. Like I wasn't expecting that we would see THIS much. I think they did an amazing job and I am so excited for this game. Possibly the most excited I have ever been for an upcoming game. The nostalgia is real!!

I'm currently playing TDU2 just for nostalgia's sake. Physics is weird but it really holds the TDU essence from the first game (car collection, chilling in your house, racing in beautiful sceneries, etc). I hope the 3rd game continues to uphold that feeling on TDU has.

The graphics even as an Alpha look very good, it's not photorealism which is something I'm tired of... It's more like working with illumination and the models, like going against the current (Nowadays "Standards") but it looks fresh

What i did notice during this, when you were racing down the highway, there was barely any cars on the road. That was an issue forza has had for some time and it makes the world feel a bit dead. Hopefully they can up the NPC vehicles a bit in final relewse.

This just made Motorfest look irrelevant. And I LOVE that you can roll down your windows, have control of headlights and turn signals! As long as there are TONS of races to do and the physics are decent, we might have a winner here.

Question.... i am keeping in mind this is alpha gameplay. Are you aware if they will increase traffic density in the future? That is the only thing that i would love to really immerse in the world for me!

I seriously can't wait for this. TDU2 seriously set the benchmark and to this day still holds it's own against the big leagues. Interesting to see if these guys can smash it out the park and set a new high or if they fall short of their prequel

The game has really drawn me in. Even from the trailer to now I am excited to see the release of this game. Though I am curious if they're sticking to the OEM type parts that you can get when you purchase your cars from the dealership or if they're going to allow us the put on some tailored aftermarket parts to add more individuality between players. Either way, I am excited to get behind the wheel and explore HK myself.

Never been so excited for a game release than this! Played tdu 2 when I was about 11-13. Now im 24 and just can't wait!

I'm really liking it so far the more i watch. I like how the damage model is similar to TDU and not just Forza's paper crumbling. The city reminds me.of Horizon 3's Surfers Paradise and FH3 has my favorite open world racing game map so far. The graphics dont look too overdone and i like it. The only thing striking me as weird is the angle that the exterior camera sits at but so far it seems like they're doing just about everything TDU fans have asked for besides the houses at launch

The bones are there. Two things. It needs art direction, or rather some sense of style. It looks a little dated, guess they can't help it, fine. But the reason most racing games go full night and rain is because it's a cheap way to play with lighting. It's lacking here, because they seems to go for realism other than stylized lighting (which they can't support with fidelity). I'm not talking Unbound, more like Rivals (which it's slightly reminding me of in some bits of the daylight Porsche footage). Two. You can't do crashes like this. You just cannot. The Crew has done it this way forever and it breaks immersion completely, as the cars appear to weigh nothing. It feels like you're crashing two bumper cars doing 5, not smashing a 1.5 ton vehicle into another one. It seems like a small thing but is entirely the reason I'm not buying the new The Crew. Two minutes of footage is enough to tell the physics are wonky.

It was such a Joy to watch you playing TD. You look amazing. So sharp so handsome. I've never played TD before but I hope to one day

No visual customization of vehicles. Oh but you can change your clothes and talk to people virtually. Is this a racing game or a VR simulator. Also that frame rate looks awful. Oh but don’t worry it’s an “Alpha” version. Don’t hold your breath waiting for this to be a good game.

i gotta be honest and say this looks pretty rough. I'm grateful tdu is coming back... and i know it is an alpha... but i don't see the hype at all. Terrible frame dropping, social hubs that seem mostly there for show, and the graphics are pretty 2017 imo. Very little was actually shown.

Are we able to adjust how much we want the steering of the car to turn. Because in my opinion it looks just weird when it turns like only 90° or less

So glad they didn’t let this franchise die. This started the open world racing style games. Houses, cars, big map and all kinds of little features like owning multiple properties with cars around the map and dealerships etc too much too list

Looks very promising and way more special than Blandza Horibored Averagezon, though I'm pretty sad it got rid of the different HUD for each car which was based on their real gauges. Will there be police too? Let's cross fingers.

Yo my man. I saw you at the Nacon gameplay launch. that was awesome by the way. I just want to ask if the game features an offline career/ single player mode? or is it all online thing only like the Crew or GT7 or the upcoming Forza Motorsport? Plus I'm a bit worried that Nacon did not capture the real vibe of Hong Kong. I noticed that the road orientation is at Right Hand Drive, where in fact Hong Kong's roads are Left Hand Drive. Hope you can point this out to Nacon since they know you man. Peace and Kudos...
