The TDU Solar Crown demo is now available
As you can see, the game looks very poor in my opinion and on RTX 4080 with DLSS we can barely reach 50 fps

All ai traffic cars have black windows? Like in the old NfS games... 2:30 look on the left. Taxi on a sidewalk.

About what i expected honestly. 3 months from launch is not much time to optimize. One of the best GPU's on the market and can't even get about 50fps with DLSS. My 3080's going to be running at 1080p with DLSS performance haha

use image scaling to a higher DSR resolution in the nvidia control panel, set it to 4K and then select this resolution in the game, and the performance will remain the same because now in 1080p you do not use the full GPU power

You have a 6 year old graphics card mate. Time for people to start understanding the limitations of their hardware. Go watch some Digital Foundry and they'll say the same things.

@@lasttrueviking3687so what? I have rtx 2060, which always provides me stable 50-60 fps. In Cyberpunk on ultra without ray tracing I have 80+ with frame generation. Telling about NFS unbound I have 60 plus on ultra. I suppose the problem is badly optimized game.

@therojer you don't get 80fps on cyberpunk ultra settings at all with that card 😂 who are you kidding? The point is people think they're old ass hardware will run new games super cleanly.

Really interesting to see how the demo performs on an RTX 4080 and I am not surprised. The game is badly optimized for now. Also, it has a poor antialiasing implementation, only FXAA. In my case, having an RTX 4090 with DLSS set to quality, there are no FPS improvements, only if I enable frame generation there are some changes. Made some videos with some gameplay as well.

this interface design is really depressing, that's the main thing i noticed. And in general game seems completely soulless, it's like your AI generated content.
