No. Proctors cannot clarify questions on the test. Don't ask them!!

sometimes, on like a state standard test, 90% of the time they cant but if its just a class assigned test they can if they want. it depends on the state and teacher, sometimes just the school

Most of them i understand but the last one would make me go back and then overthink it so if i got the answer right the first time then i look back and change because i keep thinking i got it wrong and i change and fail
