Test Your Korean Listening Skills! 1paragraph will be repeated for 3 times in a different speed

MINJIONS! :) This is another episode of Test Your Korean Listening Skills.
In this video, you can listen to one paragraph in Korean for three times.
I’ll be reading it very fast at first and then reducing the speed consistently.
If you have been curious how much you would understand without subtitles, this might be an opportunity to test your Korean.
Listen to the paragraph and let me know in the comment on at which level you can understand everything or grasp the context.
Also, It’s OKAY if you can’t understand many things.
There’ll be a translation at the end of the video, so you can learn new vocabulary or expressions.

저는 요즘 집에서 많은 시간을 보내요. 평일에는 재택근무를 해요. 아침에 출근하지 않는 것은 좋지만, 집에만 있으니까 집중이 잘 안될 때도 있어요. 그럴 때는 마스크를 쓰고 집 근처에서 산책을 해요.
저는 주말에도 웬만하면 외출을 자제하려고 해요. 주로 밀린 집안일을 하거나 인터넷에서 장을 봐요. 그래도 너무 답답할 때는 친구들이랑 영상 통화를 하거나 매운 음식을 시켜 먹으면서 스트레스를 풀어요.
아, 지난 주말에는 제 방을 다시 꾸몄어요. 커튼을 새로 달고 벽지를 바꿨는데, 기분이 참 좋더라고요.
[Translation]
Thesedays, I spend a lot of time at home. On weekdays, I work from home. It is great that I don’t have to commute in the morning but sometimes I (easily) get distracted because I only stay at home. When that happens, I wear my mask and go for a walk near my house.
I try to restrain myself from going out. I usually catch up on my chores or shop grocery online.
However, when I feel really frustrated, I make a video call with my friends or order in spicy food to relieve stress.
Oh, by the way I redecorated my room last weekend. I hung new curtains and change the wallpaper and it felt so good.

As a learner who have been studying Korean for 1 year and a half, I just want to say good reading skills on Korean really doesn’t mean you can improve your listening or speaking unless I listen more on Korean content. I appreciate Minji teacher for helping us on improving on our listening ability. In this lesson I have learn some more new vocabulary as well. Thank you so much for teaching us.

I’m a little frustrated with myself because for level 3, I could pick out the words that you were saying, but I couldn’t translate or comprehend as quickly as you were talking..... I could understand fully at level 2.... I’ll will have to work harder!

This is my first time doing this, and surprisingly I understood everything from the first (fast) speed! I didn't know a few of the vocab words, but having them at the beginning was really helpful.

Wow! For how many years are you learning Korean? I've started actually learning Korean only a couple of months ago. R u a kpop fan? How did u get into learning the language? I'm so impressed. I thought everyone who loves kpop/Korea starts learning Korean and ends up giving up. But I'm glad it's not the case. I got back my energy while learning Korean back again because of you. Edit: Did I write too much? Haha........ I always end up doing it.

At 3 i could not understand everythimg, mostly things were blurry and that was very fast. But on level two i understood only the key words and on 1 i felt comfortable with only the key words. With the korean subtitles i actually grasped 78% of what you say. But only stuff like "these weekends" and "when that happens" and some details like that remain for me to learn! Thank you that was great and you earned +1 subscriber!

I understood level 2, only after I remembered the vocabulary you taught. I have not read the subtitles, nor have I passed the 06:20 minute mark. I want to use this for 반복 듣기 and figure it out without cheating. 할 수 있어요! 화이팅! 민지 선생님- 감사합니다.

There are quite a lot vocab that I come across, thanks for helping us improve our listening skills.🙏🏻 I have been learning Korean for a year and a half now, but in this practice I still only feel comfortable on level 1 without subtitles. I am Chinese, so I guess it helps a little too.

I understood pretty much everything on level 3, but I can't say I understood properly every sentence. But if someone asked me what you were talking about, I'm pretty confident I would answer correctly^^ I hope you'll upload more videos like this! ♥

Although I didn't think I was ready, I understood the most parts of the paragraph. Please keep making this kind of videos! Not only did it help my listening skills, it also helped in improving my vocabulary. :)

I understood some words from level 3 but only at level 2 I could understand and write what 선생님 was saying. I feel very happy because I am studying harder this year and seeing my own improvement feels good. 민지 선생님 감사합니다!

I did this without listening to the key vocabs at the begining. There were a few words that I didn't understand but I understood the main idea regardless and could guess the meaning using contex. very useful!

My current level is Playing speed: .05x yet I still can't understand a thing... I've been inconsistent in learning thus I have a hard time picking up every lesson. It's like it goes through my ear and nothing is retained. Ughhh
