Hi Jennifer, great video! We have the popcorn popper and find that adding oil or butter with the kernels actually helps more of them pop.

Putting water in your microwave does work to help loosen everything up for an easier clean...I just use water and put it in a cup and let go for about 5 minutes and then take out the hot water, if there's a stubborn spot you have hot water to help you get it off. I personally don't use the vinegar but some people do.
