So, as promised, here’s my update... As you saw in the video, the underage corrector was a huge bust. I’ve tried it several times now, and it’s still unwearable on my skin-tone…If you’re reading this Revolution Pro, please make a fairer shade, as the formula is beautiful. The concealer is very nice although it has less coverage than I had originally thought it would have. I’d say light medium to medium coverage but it’s buildable and wears well with little to no creasing. The shade range is great so it’s definitely worth a try. I REALLY like the foundation! It looks really blurring on my skin and I didn’t find it drying at all. It wore very well (little shinier in places) but be careful how much you apply, as it has a tendency to look heavy if you try and build it too much around the nose. I also still love the mascara! All the other products are perfectly nice, but nothing to write home about. The balm glow blush….well that’s another story. YUK! Hope that helps xxx

I saw one demo on the blush stuff, and they said you had to "break the seal". Maybe that is why it's more sheen than pigment, and is sticky? Because you are getting whatever sealant they use on top of the balm? Idk. All balms just make me think of Vaseline, so I don't even want to try them.🤣

The idea of an "underage" concealer is a bit frightening. Don't you just hate auto spellcheckers? They can get you into a bunch of inadvertent trouble. Wonderful video. Very imformative! Hello, Ralph! And, you say, "Ooh, big yawn!" exactly the same way I do.

That NYX blur tint looks amazing! As for the mascara, I didn't care for the original telescopic only because when I got it in my eyes, it was one of the most painful experiences in my life. But it's still a great mascara for length. If you want an amazing gamechanger when it comes to lash lift without having to use a curler, I highly suggest trying the method of closing your eyes almost all the way and carefully, gently applying the mascara, gliding it on upward. You will be able to distribute the mascara easily, and lift it naturally, with no smudge or mess. I use Sky High at the moment however. But, I wish I'd known about this hack years ago! ❤❤😊

I have seen the Revolution balm used by poking the thumb down into the balm to break the surface first. I did that with mine and really do get more pigment and less stickiness!

I am almost as fair skinned as you and I find that the Maybelline Instant Anti age eraser/age Rewind in the colour ‘5 bright’ works perfectly - it is light pink so blends right into my skin.

The Jones Road stays sticky. It’s like Vaseline on your face. Apparently it’s designed for dry skin, but my dry skin did not like the stickiness. Thought I just mention it

Not sure if someone already said but I know with jones road, it’s meant to be applied with fingers and dabbed on, so maybe has applied too much with brush. Reports of tackiness is putting me off trying but I’m still intrigued

I enjoyed this video very much, being in the UK I at least have a chance of buying some of these (unlike the US drugstore vids). With you on grieving for last year’s NYX Bare with me, so sad it disappeared, so will try the new one. The Revolution concealer looks worth a try too. There’s definitely a “thing” about tubing mascara at the moment - every brand is getting on the bandwagon. Just ordered the new Beauty Pie one, so I’ll try that one first but have noted the details of the L’Oreal for the future. Many thanks

Jones Road user here because I’ve never found a perfect colour match in anything. If you don’t like tacky/sticky, you won’t like miracle balm or their foundation. WTF is a tinted moisturiser really, never dries but wears off super gently and naturally without oxidising. I have embraced my shiny face.

I’d wouldn’t mind a Jones Road review. All of the products seem geared for dry skin which you might actually like. I have comb/oily skin but like the balm, my color choice was just too light I think and it is a little sticky. Love to hear what you think of the foundation.

I had the same issue with corrector on my fair skin tone, so I started mixing just a touch of it into some of my super light concealers or my LA Girl bright white concealer shade, and it makes a beautiful peachy shade that way! I know it's an additional step, but it's allowing me to use other products as well that I wasn't using often.

The very best colour corrector I’ve ever used us by Colourscience. It’s spendy but wow is it fabulous and lasts forever so cost per use is not bad. And bonus feature - it’s not orange! 😂

I agree about color science color corrector sunscreen. A tube lasts nearly a year for me and I wear just a touch every day. I almost don’t need concealer. I’m fair skin and 50. So not perfect skin.

OMG Beginning the video with the baby girl and bow analogy and the satsuma reference 🤣 The orange under eye yikes. I’m always surprised how many videos I see where the influencers are mentioning they don’t have great lashes and yet they don’t curl their eyelashes before mascara. As anyone can see here what a difference it makes.

So confused as sometimes I look like I have yellow undertones, and other times look neutral? When I wear foundation, I do wear neutral undertones. Don’t think I will be trying the Puddy bronzer and or Revolution blushes.

Hi, Gemma! Long-time (mostly-lurking) subbie here. I will look at your recent vids to see if this already is covered, but please recommend drugstore mascaras *that have not been watered down recently*. First of the year, I needed to replace my mascara, found my normal one on sale B1G1 50% off, so I happily grabbed 2 as planned…only to find out this mascara does not go on nor stay on like it used to. Especially when I wear eye cream & undereye concealer, I end up w/a gray puddle under my eyes. 😳

Ralph is such a cutie! I have the original (gold) telescopic mascara and have found it to be ok to wear for shorter periods of time, such as an evening out. However, I find that if I wore it for more than a few hours it would leave flakes underneath my eyes. Not a good look. I am going to give the new one a try. I will also be trying the Lip drip oil. I hated the Revolution balm. I bought the natural nude and tried to used like bronzer but stayed sticky for ages and was greasy and I am very fair and struggled to show up and wouldn’t build and just horrid! I gave it to my daughter to use as a lip balm!

There are so many expression that the English use that I love, I can listen to you say putty over and over 😂.....I do also love the British liberal use of the word c~nt but I laughed out loud when you said " this is right up my Street" 😂😂❤

Karen, FYI C-nt is really offensive and only used by lowlifes. It Is not used liberally by decent folk. The other phrases are what are known as colloquial phrases and not offensive at all.

I've seen quite a few reviews on the Jones Road balms, saying they were like tinted vaseline, no pigment and sticky. Urgh Least you didn't spend ££££'s trying them out. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣💖
