Wow! That's a nice piece of Koma. I have one that is unidentified, but trust me it is very powerful abrasive of the steel and like yours the schwarf becomes black instantly. Leaves a beautiful kasumi finish. I rarely use it. That finish left on your blue steel knife is wonderful.
