Would love to see full face of kokie, full face of Catrice, full face of L.A. Girl, oh yeah and revolution because I never know what to get and there's So so so many products, and also a full face of ColourPop. .. is what anyone says they still have some of the best shadow palettes (at affordable prices) and EVERYTHING from their super shock line is stunning...the highlighters, blush, eyeshadows..... YES

Primark employee here.....the amount of customers I see testing makeup directly on the faces is shocking. I've even seem people brushing their hair and putting the hair brush back on display! By the end of each week we have at least one huge storage box full of cosmetic products that we have to remove from sale because it has been soiled and damaged. And the abuse the staff get from customers if we ask them not to open the products is no joke.

Ex employee, I 100% agreem It was an absolute nightmare. We had people open up the brushes to try them and then stick them back in after. Was disgusting. We had somone try pants on. She took her off in the shop, under her skirt, tired a thong on and the didn't like it and then put it back. It was covered in blood too. Was absolute disgusting!

From a primark employee: it's actually really hard to get certain types of makeup products into our stores. especaially the smaller stores where we won't sell everything so your local Primark may not have all the products everyone raves about.

how often/ how long does it usually take to restock primark makeup? my store is always sold out! (manchester central)

@@saraalmahdy1204 deliveries come in weekly, but items are chosen carefully. for example if the manager thought that the makeup zone was good and didn't need restock on everything they won't order more. My sister was incharge of makeup for almost a full year and she said sometimes she'd put things in delivery for makeup but managers would sometimes remove them. For the store I work for everything new is put out usually early in the morning so if you get there first thing in the morning you might be able to get your hands on more!!

Let me reassure, not only young audiences watched you when you started your channel. I think it was like 2016-2017, you with purpleish hair and denim shirt. I found you testing Primark makeup! Probably back in 2015/2016. I was at uni, and starting to wear makeup and the makeup I had bought was from Primark and Revolution. I remember watching an ikea haul and going to get the same plant pots to put my makeup brushes in...think it was like 6 or 7 years ago!? Ive watched and loved you ever since! You're so down to earth and I've adored watching you grow and change over the years. I love these. I found you a few years ago, I was getting through a divorce and learning about makeup for the first time at 28 years old 🙂 I was trying to figure it out. You taught me makeup doesn’t have to cost a fortune because the first video I found was a test new drug store video with a similar skin tone. You gave me a starting point and you are amazing 🥰

i use the brow pencils from primark, they're really good! I usually buy like 3 at a time because they never have my shade in stock. But the plastic packaging 🤦‍♀ why is it so hard to get off??

Hi Soph!! I found your channel about 6 years ago when I was 15 years old!! I remember that I loved your content because at the time, I extremely acne prone skin and you were very open about sharing the same struggles. It seemed like at the time, every beauty KZfaqr had a "perfect" complexion, free of any spots and it was hard for me to relate to them and follow their tutorials. I’ve watched you for maybe 3/4 years. Every day I wake up I check KZfaq to see who’s posted (I watch whilst getting ready) if you’ve posted your the first I go to! I found you 2 years ago when i was really starting to get into makeup. Putting on makeup used to be the annoying part of my morning. I was just something i had to do to cover my rosacea and not look like i haven't slept in a year. But, after covid happened and i got sent to work from home i started watching a lot of youtube and make up videos started to really interest me. You were one of the first ones i really liked watching and now I love doing my make up. It's like my morning therapy. Thank you for being part of my journey to loving make up!

I found your channel when you had 15,000 followers 😳 and you are still up there with my favorites. I relate to your content and now I'm 26 I don't necessarily need to watch makeup hauls or full makeup non stop, I'm enjoying the mix of vlogs, fashion, lifestyle but still enjoy your makeup videos:) I also feel like you've stayed very 'normal', a couple of people I've followed for a while are out spending a lot on material items / nights out which I cannot do, you seem to focus on family, friends and experiences 😊x

Hey Soph, I can't remember how I bumped into you (chemo brain fog) but I have been watching you this past year, while I stayed home fighting cancer. You kept me company, among other youtubers, while I was getting chemotherapy (4 hours long), and when I felt ill. Thanks for the laughs and upbeat vibes you bring. Definitely has cheered me up during my rough journey. Glad to say I am in remission now and I can just simply enjoy watching you. I found you in lockdown too when I was really feeling down and drab and desperate to get glammed up and go out and had had enough of sitting around in joggers. I had never really been into make up before and since watching your videos and going off your recommendations I’m now addicted! Having said that that is to you I’ve had tonnes of compliments and been told I look younger than I am so thank you and you’re probably 15 -20 years younger than me. I started watching your nail art videos to get ideas for my own and then a makeup video popped up! Been watching your videos from the primark testing days. I love watching your makeup videos. I learnt so much!!
