I feel like that shade is way too orange and ends up looking like sunburn on a lot of lighter skin tones but it could be beautiful on some deeper. I have really fair skin and I love the shade Bliss.

the rare beauty blushes are what taught me that make up doesn't have to be stressful and tedious, and if I just don't use those blushes, I don't have to worry about completely annihilating a look by accidentally smothering it in peach pigment lmao I thought I was going to love them, but my life (and my make up routine) has been drastically easier without those blushes involved. awesome video, you're fantastic, and such an important part of my wind-down-after-work routine!

I think Norvina has removable pans. You could always pop out the shades you want to use and put them into a smaller magnetic palette! You might find that easier to deal with.

IIRC, Hannah has said in the past that she won't do videos about Trisha on this channel bc Trisha has a lot of mental health issues that she's gone through in conjunction with a lot of Trisha's more "noteable" moments and Hannah didn't want to comment on things that pertain to that.

Just wanted to add that I personally think that's the best decision for Hannah to make in regards to Trisha. Simply bc some of the things Trisha has done is directly caused by trauma that she's gone through and if Hannah brought all that up and made money off of it, when Trisha is clearly trying to move on from it, imo it would seem... icky (for lack of a better word lol)

Hannah. Use the makeup by Mario color on your eyes instead of a highlighter. It’s so pretty!!!! Use your finger and just tap it over any eye look. It would transform it into something closer to the kaja bento box shimmers

I’d love to see you work with the L.A. Girl foundation mixers! They has totally saved my foundation game. I have fair skin with a neutral undertone. Most brands only seem give fair shade with a STRONG pink/peach or yellow undertone. Now, I tend to buy a too-dark foundation shade with a true neutral undertone, then add the white L.A. Girl foundation mixer. Totally works!

The real beauty blush is my favorite I have three already and I plan on picking up a fourth one. I'm a dark skin woman so I appreciate the pigment but I forget that for white ppl it can be too pigmented and ain't nobody want to be blending for 3 hours.

Same, I completely forgot that it could be too pigmented for lighter complexions This is probably one of the only instances with a blush that despite its universal label - caters mainly to tanned and darker skin individuals

I imagine some techniques and formulas work better for someone with a darker tone than ... basically clear (mine). I do this with clothes a lot. I had a New Years resolution to wear everything I own at least once (2020 COVID fail), because I find I can come to a decision more definitively once I’ve worn it. There’s been some stuff I wore that I thought for sure I’d keep, and halfway through the day I decided nope, I’m giving this away. Hope to get through this resolution in 2021!

As another disorganized person, I’d say pick 3 colors, 1 wood finish, and 1 metal finish for your room/house, then only buy stuff in those colors.. it just looks better when it’s matched but in a not obvious way... then just look at ur inspo and figure out recurring themes ex: “my favorite pins have tapestries, candles, and Monet prints”.. then u get tht stuff.. good luck haha i love home design

I love the Rare Beauty liquid blush! I use it on my more minimal days when I just have some tinted moisturizer. I dab it on the base of my thumb, rub it between both hands and then press it on to my face. It ends up being the perfect amount of color and its so fast! But I also get that it's not for everyone.

I'm with you when it comes to wanting to relax while I do my makeup. It is a meditative and creative time for me. I frequently do my makeup when I don't plan on leaving the house. I can experiment, play with color with no one to impress or time constraint. Frequently arrange and rearrange my makeup. A week or so later I end up changing things around again. lol

Another tip for the Rare Beauty blush is put it on before powder, even undereye powder. I have a much lighter shade though.

I do tinted moisturizer a lot of days instead of a full face, and I wanna try that Kabuki brush to apply it, it looks like it would be so smooth!

I also have the under eye creases and crinkles real bad. Try the Alamar cosmetics brightening brush or one similar to it and a pinch of the kvd powder I love that combo over the concealers I use

That ABH Norvina Pressed Pigment palette is amazing. It's more of an artistry palette than a normal ABH eyeshadow palette. If you keep that in mind you'll totally fall in love with it. I found that using a finger or a sponge applicator brush works best with the shimmers :)

Lol that's so funny to hear that you're the "unpack on day 1" type 😄 I wish I was like that. There are some things in our apartment that we still haven't fixed, and we've lived here for soon to be 13 years. Like, we have no paintings or anything hanging on the wall in our living room because there's a crack in wall (like, in the paint) that we still haven't done anything about. And I don't wanna drill and put holes in the wall until that is fixed... cue the "it's been 84 years..." 🙃

I think also with the rare beauty blush you have to find the right color for you! I have the lightest (joy - I think) and I love it! I can apply it any way I want and it looks beautiful. I tried the orange-y one that you have and it looked terrible when I tried applying it all willy-nilly like I do with the light one. It may be that you just need a different shade for it to work with the formula!
