Sryyyy to say but neyappam requires a lot of practice and it should be of perfect measurements...and also in payasam you should add cardomom powder and a pinch of salt no ginger powder not only in payasam but in each and ever swt u should add a pinch of salt to balance the swtness.....lots of luv for you ❤

Wow It's nice to see that one of our traditional food is eaten in South india as appam.. Here in Sylhet, Bangladesh its called handesh pitha❤the recipe is exactly same just we add greated coconut instead of roasted
