I’ve been blessed to have an opportunity to ride and crash with the new P1Max gloves from e_rides ,
There are so many things that make them special in the video I’ll go to just a few but even after I get done I’ll start to remember more things that were even more incredible about those gloves
And he is still making better of the time this video was posted …

It's good to see this, I also made up a glove/wrist guard combo that I use. I did not hot glue mine, I just put the guards on over my gloves. It has been a far better solution than I think any other glove option I could find at the time, regardless of the cost. Total cost was approx. $40(gloves) + $15(guards). When I have them on they are great and provide the protection I wanted. In terms of features, yes, a wrist guard I feel I can trust is one of the most important features, equally important to me personally is that I feel my fingers are protected from scraping. After that, I want them well secured on my wrist, I prefer some kind of protection against hyper extension. Next is axillary or extra protection and reinforcements positioned well, knuckle protection and such. yes, finger must be usable for phone as well. My gloves don't have vents, but they are a material that soaks up and evaporates the sweat well enough to not be uncomfortable to wear. Honestly, considering there was no glove with the correct combination of features, I'm pretty happy with my glove+guard solution. The only real issue is that it is a process to take them on and off, not really difficult, just a process. However, because of that, it's very easy to "go light" and just use the gloves without the wrist guards. Anyway, I thought it is genuinely nice to see that someone is making gloves correctly for euc! No question if I had seen these when buying my gloves it would have been my choice, there's no doubt. It look's like they took every important feature and implemented it well, and there easy on and off. At a price point similar to comparable solutions... yeah, why wouldn't P1M's be the new standard. 👍

Good review, but didn't mention much in the way of disadvantages. I would like those gloves more if they were less bulky and didn't have the huge knuckle guard section, which we don't really need as EUC riders (when did the back of your hands last contact the ground in a crash ? Bet it's never !), and which makes reaching into pockets very difficult...
