I style my hair like this all the time while it’s damp, then wrap a silk scarf around my head to go to sleep. It makes for awesome waves the next day 🥰

Discovered (by mistake) that after you divide your hair into 2 sections, divide each section and rope braid, and then combine the 2 to get another look from this hack!

Oh my goodness! I remember doing this with a smaller group of hair when I was a kid when I was bored. I never tied it off to make a rope braid but it was just a twirl and release thing I thought was cool and then I’d just brush my hair back out. I completely forgot about it until now!

I was getting ready for bed while watching this video so, since I was in front of the mirror, I went ahead and tried it.. SUCCESS! Very cool. Wonder if it would curl if slightly damp? I feel like we've all had some kind of scientific experience with this sort of thing in our past.. maybe when working with ribbon or something? Anyway, another great one.
