The trick to making the cheese bacon balls is cooking the bacon first. The way I make them is to cook the bacon until crispy. Then make the cheese stack but in between the cheese slices add 2 to 3 pieces of the cooked bacon. Then cut the cheese and bacon stack into quarters. Then bread and fry. The size of this makes it not good.

Wet towel underneath the chopping board should be flat and not raising up the board in the middle. This makes it dangerous as the chopping board would move up and down at the sides as you cut.
