This is a heavily modified AWD Creality K1 3D printer inspired by VzBoT. This is a work in progress and there is definitely a lot of improvements to be made.
Currently testing a mod that adds 2 extra steppers to the Z Axis for Z Tilt. No more skipping teeth, spacers, washers, springs, silicone standoffs or knobs 💩

Funny, I purchased the K1 to print the parts for a VZBot 330 since I have two TronXY X5SA collecting dust, while you took a $599 ($499/$399 or less now) and with amazing intelligence and unlimited funds have created something Creality could never imagine let alone build. With the BTT Kraken that has to be a good fit.

the "kraken" are the steppers. i did purchase a kraken board from btt tho for this printer but returned it after finding out it didnt have voltage selector for the drivers.. kinda suckish

@@Derrick_Darrell I got the Kraken for the VZbot/TwoTree - 4 XY, 3 Z extruder with remote MCU at 24V - What is your printing space with the AWD setup? I think the Linear X rail on the K1 will be the last investment since I picked up a TwoTree SK1 and enclosed it, it should be able to run a Beacon without issues. I did pickup a Manta M8P V2 and CM4 for the K1 but am holding off until I get the Mean Well UHP 350W 55V / Mean Well UHP 350W 24V and test for fit

its a bed from gulfcoast robotics. 6.5mm

@@Derrick_Darrell How did you attach the silicone pad to the gulfcoast robotics bed with the wires hanging out the back, but without the wires getting in the way of the back middle mounting point? Do you have a bar of some sort that connects to the rear left/right mounting holes which then has the rear middle mounting point? Thanks, you've got some good ideas implemented in your printer.

Damn... i feels like another rabbit hole for this.... just got rid of my ender 3v2 after modding it for many years, and now this guy pop out with a k1 modded vz..... 😂F.... dont even know where to start.
